We recently had our windows and doors purchased and fitted by Mark and Paul from J&P and had an absolutely fantastic experience in doing so.We initially spoke with Catrin in the office, who was both welcoming and helpful. Seemingly in no time the fitters were at our door and the windows and doors fitted. J&P Windows are a great firm. They responded very quickly to our enquiry and, even though the door we were having problems with wasn't one of theirs, the engineer had it working again perfectly in a few minutes. The charge for the work was also very reasonable. All in all a brilliant service and a big thumbs up to J&P Windows.

We had used the services of J&P Windows some years back and recently had to call on them again for new windows and doors for our porch on a supply only basis. J&P Windows were very professional taking our order at the office and confirming our requirements via email. Payment was made online and our order processed within 2 weeks. Although it was supply only, Barry delivered the order to our home in Carmarthenshire without hesitation and FOC. Great service and a great family business. Thank you J&P Windows.

We are so pleased with the quality of our new windows, front door and two sets of French doors. Very happy with the workmanship and finishing off details, better than we had ever imagined. We had a team of 4, Dylan, Paul, Mark and Trist working at our house for 4 days and they were brilliant. They worked hard, quickly and carefully. They were polite and considerate, thoughtful with regards to safety and privacy. They brought carpet and floor protection with them, a scaffold tower and even cleaned up after themselves. Amazing!

We've had all our windows replaced and had a new set of patio doors and a stable door. Couldn't be happier. They look fantastic. The lads who fitted them were really friendly and professional and did a great job of fitting the windows and cleaning up after themselves. Highly recommended!
